Welcome to Danetre Music
Hello and welcome to our website. I am Chris North, Proprietor and Editor of Danetre Music. Danetre Music was formed in October 2002 with the objective of producing quality arrangements and compositions for brass band. 
Danetre Music is based in the town of Daventry, Northamptonshire; Danetre (pronounced dane-tree), being the old Anglo-Saxon name for the town. In addition to music for traditional brass band, Danetre Music also has a range of ensemble music written for a variety of difficulty levels and mix of instruments. If you are looking for additional resources for your beginner group, or if you are involved in wider opportunities teaching, please feel free to download some music from our Free stuff page. 
Danetre Music is a member of both PRS and MCPS, and presently publish the work of a dozen composers and arrangers.
